Once we have supplied your coolant Hammond Lubricants & Chemicals Ltd offer on-site technical support to ensure that the metalworking fluid remains in excellent condition.

The level of service is tailored for each individual account but would include a monthly visit from an engineer who would check the coolant concentration and pH levels. If further testing is required we can offer bacterial analysis by way of dipslides which test for bacteria and yeasts.

If a more in depth analysis of the coolant is required we have the services of a fully equipped laboratory.

The results can be recorded on a chart displayed on the machine or sent electronically via email.
